The bed proved wonderfully comfortable. The room provided ample space. I found the reception staff friendly and helpful.
I noticed the air conditioning was not functioning optimally. The selection of hot items at the breakfast buffet seemed limited. I observed the remote control for the television did not consistently work.

The hotel is modern and clean. the tram stop is just outside the entrance, it provides several lines. i found underground parking easy to access from kleinschmidtstrase. It has designated premier inn spaces two floors down at 20 euro a day.
Air conditioning was not effective. the room became quite warm. This happened when the window was closed.

The staff was helpful. they provided assistance with translating phone calls, showing professionalism. i liked that the staff was so helpful in general. special thanks to the team. Their support was beneficial.

there is a bar downstairs. i found that happy hour offered half-price drinks. a supermarket next door is convenient. i could easily buy snacks and drinks. the food was AMAZING!!!

Air conditioning did function poorly. Even with thermostat at its lowest, the room remained hot. Remote for the TV failed to work much of the time. Breakfast buffet lacked many choices for hot food. I consider it was not worth the cost.
